We are all a work in progress. Life changes – that’s the challenge and the beauty
Globally we have a growing rate of childhood and adult mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
Never before has there been such a high rate of both parents working having to outsource the care of their children to extended family or carers and never before have parents felt the pressure and scrutiny of their parenting style; feeling the need to be seen to be parenting perfectly.
Parents are feeling the social pressures and judgments of their decisions and of their children’s behaviour and achievements.
My mission is to equip parents, to manage those demands. To support and guide them in fixing their own oxygen mask first so that they are less stressed, happier and energised to cope with the demands of parenting in the 21st Century. I want parents to thrive, because when parents thrive their children flourish.
