If you find it difficult to stay calm when there is chaos around you or perhaps you spend your day racing around and missing out on enjoying life as a parent, then you likely need your own Wellbeing Strategy.
You can’t keep starting your engines in the morning with coffee

When life gets busier and busier and you are pushed and pulled in all directions, it can be tempting to not eat well, not have time for exercise let alone the energy for intimacy.
Perhaps you stay up late when everyone else has gone to bed just for some peace and quiet with no one wanting anything from you.
